Minor woodworking projects, such as building garage storage – what’s the best free web site?

I recently bought – and moved into – a six-year-old house. Their previous owners (who were, in fact, the house’s first owners) painted it when they first bought it: six years ago.
Now, the paint cans are cluttering my garage storage and most of them are full. How can I get rid of them in a legal, environmentally friendly manner?
Thank you in advance!
I’m in Puerto Rico (U.S.)

We built a storage cabinet in a condo garage. We know there needs to be a set number of inhes between the cabinet and either the sprinkler heads or ceiling; can’ find a regulation that addresses the City of San Francisco.

My baby has outgrown his bouncer, walker etc. We don’t have extra storage space inside the house, so I’d like put things that will never be used again in a box in the garage. How about clothes?

We’re painting the walls and building new storage space in our garage. I’ve researched garage floor paint and found very mixed (mostly negative) reviews. Most of the floor paints require extensive surface prep and, after all the effort, don’t appear to hold up very well against blistering and separation even in normal usage. Are there any concrete paints that are worth the effort?
